High-Rise Holiday Tips

Posted By on December 20, 2023

As the holiday season graces our vibrant San Francisco community, we want to share some practical tips to make your day-to-day life in our high-rise haven even more enjoyable. Let’s dive into some simple yet effective ways to embrace the season and the unique experience of high-rise living.

Holiday Ambiance with a View: Décor Ideas Adding a touch of festivity to your living space is a wonderful way to celebrate the season. Residents are welcome to place any type of decoration inside their windows that sparks joy this season.  A wreath can also be hung on your unit door provided it doesn’t damage your door.  Anything placed on your balcony should be meant for outdoor use, UL rated if it lights up, and never hung on the railing or walls.

Mindful Noise Levels: Creating a Harmonious Environment Living in close quarters means that a little consideration goes a long way. Whether you’re playing music, hosting a gathering, or watching a movie, be mindful of your noise levels—especially during the nighttime hours. It’s the perfect season for joyous sounds, so let’s keep the cheer within our own spaces.

Fire-Safe Celebrations: A High-Rise Priority Enhance the festive spirit safely. If you’re opting for a Christmas tree, choose fire-resistant decorations and keep the tree hydrated. Mindful use of candles and lights ensures a warm ambiance without compromising safety. Let’s all contribute to a fire-safe and joyous high-rise holiday experience.

Communal Connection: Small Acts, Big Impact High-rise living is a unique and communal experience. Take this time to connect with your neighbors—share a smile, offer a friendly greeting in the elevator, or perhaps organize a small get-together. The beauty of our community lies in these simple yet profound connections.

Reflect and Appreciate: Gratitude for Everyday Moments As the year winds down, take a moment to appreciate the day-to-day moments that make your community special. Whether it’s the stunning city views, the convenience of shared amenities, or the sense of belonging in our unique community, find gratitude in the simple pleasures of daily life.
