Homeowners who would like to speak at the Homeowner forum, please submit the “Owner Forum Request Form” before the HOA meeting to Management.

Each homeowner will be given approximately two (2) minutes to speak in accordance with the Open Meeting Act, California Civil Code Section 4925 (b), or a total of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted for all to address the Board of Directors regarding items of interest or concerns. After that, the Board will conduct the HOA meeting without interruptions.

The HOA meetings are for Homeowners only. Tenants, please contact your landlord or management directly.
