The Giants Are Back!

Our local MLB heroes played their first game of the season today in an away game against the Yankees. Don’t worry though, you haven’t missed Opening Day at Oracle Park taking place at 1:35pm on Friday, April 7th. Check out the full season schedule, Giants news, and everything else Giants right HERE.

Homeowners who would like to speak at the Homeowner forum, please submit the “Owner Forum Request Form” before the HOA meeting to Management.

Each homeowner will be given approximately two (2) minutes to speak in accordance with the Open Meeting Act, California Civil Code Section 4925 (b), or a total of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted for all to address the Board of Directors regarding items of interest or concerns. After that, the Board will conduct the HOA meeting without interruptions.

The HOA meetings are for Homeowners only. Tenants, please contact your landlord or management directly.
