TIPS & REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTERRA LANDLORDS

If you are a property owner at Arterra and have recently leased your unit to new tenants, there are a few steps you must take to ensure you’ve provided everything to the HOA that is required, and that your tenants have a great experience when they move in. Below is a quick reference list to help you with the process:
Things to do when signing the lease:
- Make sure tenants are aware they must reserve the loading dock in order to move in.
- Download the Tenant Welcome Packet in your Resident Portal and have your tenants complete all applicable forms.
- Ask them to review all HOA rules carefully so they will be well prepared for move-in day.
- Make sure your new tenants review the “How to Sort Refuse @ Arterra” guidelines and sign/return the acknowledgment.
- Let them know that Arterra Management offers a New Resident Orientation and encourage them to RSVP with the management team.
Things to send to Arterra Management before Move-In day:
- Fully executed lease agreement
- Completed Tenant Information Form
- Completed/Signed Amenity Use Agreement
- “How to Sort Refuse @ Arterra” Acknowledgment form
- Anticipated date of move-in (we recommend scheduling your move-in date as early as possible to ensure your tenants get their ideal timeslot)
