ARTERRA TIPS: How to breeze through booking amenities and more!

Want to make reserving the Eco-Suite or loading dock quick and hassle-free? Hoping building staff can easily reach you if there’s an issue with your guest, vehicle, or bike? Of course you do! Check out these helpful tips to streamline some of our most common building processes so you can stay focused on your day.

Eco-Suite Reservations

• Book directly through your Resident Portal (link below).
• Need multiple nights? Submit a separate reservation for each day.
• The first-night fee must be paid within 5 days of booking, or your reservation may be canceled.
• Reservations are only considered approved once full payment for the entire stay is received.

Large Deliveries – Furniture, Appliances, Items Over 70 lbs

• Planning a delivery over 70 lbs or requiring more than one person to carry? You must reserve the loading dock through the Resident Portal.
• Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your delivery company early—HOA Management can provide a sample COI if needed.
• Please do not attempt to bring large items through the front or side entrances—this is against building rules, and your delivery will be turned away.

Community Room & BBQ Deck Reservations

• Both spaces can be reserved through the Resident Portal.
• Reservations are limited to a maximum of 8 hours per booking.
• A walk-through inspection with front desk staff is required before your reservation begins and again after it ends.
• No deposit is required to reserve either space.
